Ashley Gill, CEO

Ashley has more than 25 years of broad business experience covering professional and commercial accounting, management and business development. He has nearly 10 years in the fiberglass pool industry.

He has been instrumental in establishing Leisure Pools in the U.S. Ashley is a qualified CPA and has a degree in Commerce and a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Paul has a successful track record building companies and has extensive experience in business development. He founded the RMA Investment Group in Australia in the early 1990s and transformed RMA into one of the most respected companies within the Australian property market.

Paul focuses on providing the highest quality customer service and ensuring the central philosophy of Leisure Pools: We all grow together.

Paul establishes and trains new dealers, and assists existing swimming pool dealers in building their businesses. He has substantial experience in general construction, pool installation and manufacturing.

Bonnie Forsyth, National Business Development Manager

Born and raised in North Carolina, the swimming pool business has always been a part of the family. After graduating from East Carolina University, she worked in several outside facets until returning to the industry. With experience in retail and distribution it was a natural transition into the manufacturing side of the industry. She originally joined the Leisure team as a territory manager and is now our National Business Development Manager. Bonnie assists in web presence, lead distribution and all aspects of territory and dealer development.

Robyn Green, Central Regional Sales Manager

Robyn comes from the St. Louis area with more than 10 years’ experience in law, marketing and sales. During college she worked for one of the most prestigious law firms while maintaining a golf scholarship.  After graduating from McKendree College in Lebanon, IL, with a Bachelors in Business and an Associates in Applied Science she worked at Illinois Distributing in association with Anheuser Busch in their Marketing and Sales Department.

She promoted many of their new and innovative lines as well as coordinated large events for her retailers. Her next adventure led her to becoming an entrepreneur and part-owner of a local winery before coming to Leisure.

Robyn started with Leisure in our retail division selling to homeowners and running our showroom which has led to her current role in developing new dealers for her territories. She assists with training in sales, installations, working with homeowners and brining new innovative marketing ideas to help her dealers sell more!! Her goal is for continued growth in her region for Leisure while giving her undivided support to all of her current and new dealers.

Mark Peditto, Northeast Regional Sales Manager

Mark Peditto is a graduate of Bloomsburg University where he earned a degree in education and a minor in Business. Mark spent many years in the concrete Industry before turning his interests into fiberglass swimming pools back in 2001. Since then Artistic Pools has become one of the most decorated fiberglass pool distributors and Installers on the east Coast. Mark enjoys Golfing, Boating, and spending time with his Wife Jenea, Daughter Gianna and Son Tyler.

Mark Handles Website Development, Dealer Development for Leisure Pools, The Northeast Distribution Center in Cinnaminson NJ, Pool deliveries, and all scheduling for pool installs.

Lynn Bush, Gulf Coast Regional Sales Manager

Lynn owns a pool business in Alabama that his son Josh operates which installs Leisure fiberglass pools. He also serves as a depot yard to which he stocks and delivers Leisure Pools to the dealers in the Southeast region. Lynn has been in the pool business for over thirty years and has seen a lot of changes over the years to the pool industry. He believes in quality which led him to join the Leisure team as a dealer manager in the Southeast region.

Having been in every phase of the pool business, Lynn uses his experience to assist the dealers in his region in all aspects. There are all types of pools but the pool of choice these days are fiberglass. There is nothing like easy care and maintenance in owning an in ground pool.

Matthew Ray, Ohio Distribution

Born and raised in Ohio, Matthew has been an entrepreneur since a young age. Starting in the landscape business which developed into home remodeling and construction, it was only a natural transition into swimming pools. After becoming a Leisure dealer in 2005 he has used his managerial and real life experiences to build one of the strongest companies in the marketplace. He was won many national awards in the home construction side of his business which has only helped diversify his offerings and customer understanding.

Now running one of the largest retail operations in Ohio, he has successfully worked within his own business and others on the facets of replacing themselves to grow and diversify. Matthew enjoys the satisfaction of a job well done. Nothing is prouder than the smiles of friends and families not only at that moment but for years to come.

Todd Emmerson, Midwest Distribution

Todd is a nationally recognized pool designer whose work has been featured in many of today's top pool design publications. His work has also been featured in marketing materials for many industry leading companies. Todd is also a two time recipient of the highly regarded Master of Design Award from Pool & Spa News. As a 10 year veteran of the fiberglass pool industry Todd has seen the rise of fiberglass pools in the United States and is excited to see fiberglass pools continue to gain market share. Todd is a native of Tucson, AZ and currently resides in the far western suburbs of Chicago, IL.

Alex Gilmore, Marketing and IT Manager

Alex brings a unique understanding of Customer Relationship Marketing to our team. He has more than 15 years of construction experience to Leisure Pools. He graduated from Texas A&M Corpus Christi with honors when he received his Marketing degree.

Anja Gill, Internet Marketing

When homeowners or prospective dealers ask about our pools or dealership opportunities, Anja directs internet requests to the nearest dealer for assistance.

Randie Okesson, Internet Support

Randie is responsible for updating websites to direct inquiries to the nearest dealers.

Howard Guidry, Operations Manager

Howard has over 20 years' experience in manufacturing and engineering and is currently recognized as one of the leading fiberglass production managers in the United States. In December 2005 Howard was honored by the American Composites Manufacturing Association receiving the Excellence and Innovation award for Factory Management and Production. Having commissioned plants, manufactured pools, recruited and trained new dealers and installed numerous pools, Howard is a wealth of information for any questions or issues you may have with the Leisure Pools product range.

Howard is a Certified Composites Technician (CCT) and was instrumental in setting up the Leisure Pools USA plant and made the transition to full production within 3 months, quite a remarkable achievement. He has combined his USA plant management experience with training in Australia so he now adopts world’s best practice in fiberglass pool manufacturing.

Richard Riley, Transportation Manager

Richard is responsible for the transportation of pools to the distribution yards and tanks as well as oversight of inventory.

Camille Sauls, Transportation Support

Camille handles all routing, freight, permits for shipments of pools and tanks.

Martha Lynn Hoffmann, Manufacturing Support

Martha Lynn handles all daily transactional function for the manufacturing side of the business. She is also responsible for environmental and safety reporting.

Teena White, Financial Controller & Office Manager

Teena has vast experience in growing companies and serves as a key role in taking them to the next level. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in accounting she oversees all aspects of office management, administration and accounting.

Christine DePasqual, Assistant Controller

Christine is a graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Business Management. She is responsible for financial analysis, financial statement preparation and human resources.

Delores Stanley, Accounts Receivable

Delores is responsible for invoicing and collecting payments.

Kristi Rowland, Accounts Payable

Kristi handles all invoicing from our valuable vendors and suppliers.

Arielle Martinez, Receptionist

Arielle is the voice of Leisure. With her upbeat personality she assists callers and visitors to ensure they have a great experience with Leisure pools.

Danton Townsend, Retail Manager

Danton is responsible for selling and installing pools in the greater South Central Texas area. Factory Direct offers full Turnkey installation, assisted installs, basic installs and do it yourself options.

Don Vanderpool, Site Supervisor

Don is the onsite supervisor for pool installations.

Jeff Herring, Sales Support

Jeff is responsible for setting appointments and bringing in leads for Factory Direct.

Christine Colvin, Sales Support

Christine is responsible for setting appointments and bringing in leads for Factory Direct.
