Leisure Pools is a professionally managed company with independent directors and a professional Board that guides direction and strategy. Our key people are:
Ashley Gill: Chief Executive Officer In addition to over 8 years in the fiberglass pool industry, Ashley has over 25 years of broad business experience covering professional and commercial accounting, management and business development. Ashley is a qualified CPA and holds a Degree in Commerce and a Masters in Business Administration. Ashley has been instrumental in establishing Leisure Pools in the United States having moved here permanently with his family in January 2003 and now heads Leisure Pools USA in his role as Chief Executive Officer.
Paul Pusztay: Director Business DevelopmentPaul has extensive experience in business development and has a successful track record building companies. He founded the RMA Investment Group in Australia in the early 1990’s and from humble beginnings, transformed RMA to be one of the most respected companies within the Australian property market.
Paul prides himself on providing the highest quality customer service and has a strong philosophy of building businesses together. This philosophy is one of the central motives of Leisure Pools; we all grow together. Paul is the primary contact point for establishing and training new dealers as well as assisting to build the businesses of existing dealers. He not only has substantial experience in general construction and installation of pools, he also has significant manufacturing expertise.
Kerry Pain: President Kerry has been involved in the fiberglass swimming pool industry for the last 20 years. A veteran of the industry, Kerry has operated swimming pool businesses that span installation, distribution, franchises and manufacturing. Based on Australia’s Gold Coast (where every second house has a swimming pool) provided the ideal training base to develop a wealth of knowledge and experience.
In the mid 1990’s, Kerry set about designing the very best in residential swimming pools. The Moroccan Style® was born and today is the best selling pool shape in the world. It is complemented by the Elegance Style®, Roman Style®, Riviera Style® and Tuscany Style® pools to provide an excellent range of residential pools.
Kerry not only founded Leisure Pools Australia, he has overseen its growth to be one of the largest fiberglass pool manufacturing companies in the world.
Kerry is considered one of the most talented pool designers to come out of Australia.
David Pain: DirectorDavid has grown up surrounded by the pool industry so it was not surprising that after practicing law with one of Australia’s leading law firms for a number of years, he joined Leisure Pools. Under his stewardship as Managing Director, Leisure Pools has grown to become one of the leading and certainly the most innovative pool manufacturing and distribution companies in Australia and the United States. David oversees the manufacturing side of the business as well as focusing on growing Leisure Pools internationally. He holds a Degree in Law and a Masters in Business Administration.
Howard Guidry: Plant Manager
Howard has over 20 years' experience in manufacturing and engineering and is currently recognized as one of the leading fiberglass production managers in the United States. In December 2005 Howard was honored by the American Composites Manufacturing Association receiving the Excellence and Innovation award for Factory Management and Production. Having commissioned plants, manufactured pools, recruited and trained new dealers and installed numerous pools, Howard is a wealth of information for any questions or issues you may have with the Leisure Pools product range.
Howard is a Certified Composites Technician (CCT) and was instrumental in setting up the Leisure Pools USA plant and made the transition to full production within 3 months, quite a remarkable achievement. He has combined his USA plant management experience with training in Australia so he now adopts world’s best practice in fiberglass pool manufacturing.
Jerry Kisgen: South Eastern Dealer Development Manager
Jerry is our South Eastern Dealer Development Manager and is responsible for working with and assisting dealers in his geographic area. He brings a wealth of experience and talent to the Leisure Pools team with over 25 years in sales and management specifically in the swimming pool industry. Jerry holds a bachelor of Business Administration and is also a Tech 1 and 2 Instructor under the National Spa and Pool Institute.
Bonnie Forsyth: South Easterrn Territory Support Manager
Bonnie has an extensive background and work experience in the Pool and Spa Industry. She worked for Pool Corp. (SCP) for several years as the outside sales representative for the Raleigh NC branch. While there she earned honors such as the “Black Beret” designation as the top salesperson in their division.
Additionaly she acted as the Sales Manager for the NC Fiberglass Pool Depot. There she oversaw all of the financing, purchasing, sales (retail and builder markets), and all marketing plus advertising functions. Most recently she worked for San Juan Pools performing several roles which included responsibilities as a Territory Support Manager, supporting all sales and marketing efforts along with customer services support issues.
Chris Bradford: Midwest Dealer Development Manager
Chris Bradford is our Midwest Dealer Development Manager, overseeing growth and development of their dealer base. Chris brings to Leisure Pools fourteen years of installation and business operation experience. This includes moderate to high end indoor and outdoor fiberglass pools installation with a variety of water fall features.
Wade Arcement: Gulf Coast Dealer Development Manager
Alex Gilmore: Marketing Manager
Alex comes to us with over 15 years of construction experience plus graduating from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, majoring in marketing, with honors. He brings a unique understanding of Customer Relationship Marketing to our team in order to best serve you, our customers.
Michelle Cain: Office Manager
Michelle oversees all aspects of office management, administration and accounting. Naturally she is excellent at multi tasking and has greatly contributed to the company’s efficiency.
Anja Gilll: Internet Marketing
The internet is a valuable source of marketing for our company. When homeowners or prospective dealers enquire about our pools or dealership opportunities, Anja receives the enquiry and directs it to our nearest dealer who can provide information and assistance.
Jessica Pena: Receptionist
Our receptionist is the direct contact for all of Leisure Pools. It is essential for it to be conducted in a professional manner and Jessica fits the bill.
