Good morning.  I wanted to inform you about a situation that happened with one of your employees - please forgive me I forgot his last name.

This past Saturday (2/6/2010) Robyn and Duane came out to my house to discuss the possibility of installing a pool.  While evaluating the site, Duane noticed that our a/c unit had frozen up.  He discussed it with us (my wife and I), recommended we call a serviceman and then offered to help defrost it - even though it was cold and wet outside. We did get the serviceman out yesterday and he is in the processing of fixing our a/c - which he said there would have been significantly more damage if it had been left alone.

As for Duane's presentation, it was professional and well done - to the point my wife is sold on fiberglass pools.  I have found lower bids for similar gunite pools, however after Saturday's encounter we are electing to hold off in getting a pool until we can deal with your company.

Needless to say my wife and I are thankful to Duane.
