Leisure Pools USA Trading Inc. is the manufacturer and distributor of the fiberglass pool shell. The pools are distributed through an independent dealer network. The relationship between Leisure Pools and each of the Dealers is an independent contractor relationship and shall never be deemed or construed to be an employment, a partnership, a joint venture, an agency or any other similar relationship.
Leisure Pools has no right to control or direct the Dealer, any employees, contractors and /or agents of any Dealer, with each Dealer having the sole right to control and direct its employees, contractors and /or agents. Leisure Pools obligations concerning pools manufactured by it is limited to Leisure Pools Warranty on the pool shell and the pool finish.
