The form below provides us with information that will help us to improve our product and also tell us how we and our independent contractor performed. Note: We Value Your Privacy at Leisure Pools and only use this information internally and never sell it to any third party vendors!
Leisure Pools USA Trading Inc. is the manufacturer and distributor of the fiberglass pool shell. The pools are distributed through an independent dealer network. The relationship between Leisure Pools and each of the Dealers is an independent contractor relationship and shall never be deemed or construed to be an employment, a partnership, a joint venture, an agency or any other similar relationship.
Leisure Pools has no right to control or direct the Dealer, any employees, contractors and /or agents of any Dealer, with each Dealer having the sole right to control and direct its employees, contractors and /or agents. Leisure Pools obligations concerning pools manufactured by it is limited to Leisure Pools Warranty on the pool shell and the pool finish.
